How can I get deliveries or packages at a conference or special event?

If a letter or package needs to be mailed, there is a U.S. Post Office on Green Street in Champaign.
If mail needs to be sent to a participant, contact the Office of Conferences & Special Events for the appropriate mailing address.

Do residence halls have quiet hours?

All residence halls have daily quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. We request that guests respect each other by maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment.

What do I need to do to check out?

When it's time to check out,  please turn off the lights and leave any university provided linens in the room, lock the door and return the room key to the area desk. Check your room before you leave to make sure your personal belongings are not left in the closets or drawers.

Where can I park? How can I or my group get a parking pass/permit?

Individual parking permits and parking lot rentals are available for purchase through the Parking Department. These permits can be purchased in person or over the phone at 217-333-3530. Visit the university's Parking Department page for more information and details regarding parking availability.
